The Care We Provide

We strive to provide care, which is personal to our residents, and endeavor to see and treat them as individuals and we are pleased for families and friends to continue to provide an active part in their care. The care we provide is monitored by way of care planning and any adjustments are made through regular reviews. If indeed we feel that we can longer provide the care necessary for a particular client we will offer any assistance necessary to help provide appropriate placement.

Our residents are the main focus of the home. We are committed to providing each resident with quality care that is personal to his or her individual needs.

Our Customers

Our Customers are the people who visit our home. They are the people who propagate our reputation and for us to succeed and meet our goals, our customers must be satisfied with the service we offer.

Our People

Our people are the foundations on which our goals will be achieved. Our people are our most important asset and we strive to employ and retain the best people by providing a rewarding place of work. We are committed to the ongoing training and development of our staff through the National Vocational (NVQ) Scheme and the use of an external training agency that provides us with a full on going training programme.

Our Business

The success and reputation of our business will provide a platform for our achievements. A high standard of professional conduct forms the cornerstone of how we conduct our business. This enables us to earn the trust of our Residents, Customers and Employees.

Fees

Our fees are based upon the needs of the resident and this will be confirmed folllowing assessment prior to admission. Fees are reviewed normally each year around March but we reserve the right to review fees if we find that a residents needs have changed before the annual review.

Not included in the fees are Toiletries, chiropody, hairdressing, newspapers, incontinent supplies if needed and not supplied by the local Authority, and any entertainment or therapeutic activities we bring into the home, the cost of which is shared by all the clients.

We welcome clients funded by their Local Social Services Dept but depending on the needs of the client we may seek extra funding by way of "top-up" this would be confirmed and discussed prior to admission.
